  • Your home grown apples are coarse in texture, crisp, juicy with creamy white flesh that is richly flavored, sweet-tart to sub-acid, and highly aromatic. This apple variety keeps well, and improves in storage.
  • The Belle de Boskoop apple tree has a very late harvest, and is a large tree with open shape and drooping branches. This variety originated in Holland in the 1850's. 800 to 1000 chill hours needed, so will do well in extreme winter areas. Needs pollinator such as Yellow Delicious.
